QSAC’s Transition Program is Now Accepting Applications for 2025!

Jan 30, 2025

QSAC is excited to announce additional space in our GOALS (Generating Opportunities for Advocacy and Life Success) program for 2025! This free, grant-funded transition support service empowers youth with autism and other intellectual, developmental, and learning disabilities, ages 14 to 26, on their journey from high school to adulthood. No OPWDD eligibility is required to participate. Our dedicated GOALS Advisors work one-on-one with participants to develop personalized plans covering education, employment, independent living, and social relationships. Through work-based learning, educational support, self-advocacy training, and long-term engagement, we help young adults build fulfilling, independent lives.
