GOALS is a comprehensive transition support service designed for youth with autism and other
intellectual, developmental, and learning disabilities, ages 14 to 26. The mission is to empower young
adults to achieve independence and success as they navigate the journey from high school to
adulthood.

Our dedicated GOALS Advisors work closely with participants
and their families to create individualized plans addressing
multiple life domains, including education, employment,
independent living, and social relationships. The GOALS
program is committed to helping young adults with disabilities
build fulfilling, independent lives.
