Rules and Regulations
- Contestants of all ages are eligible to audition.
- Your audition submission video will be evaluated based on the first sixty (60) seconds and should contain only one song/performance.
- Talent chosen to perform in front of a live audience must agree to buy/sell Ten $10 tickets to their first live performance in order to move forward in the competition. Checks should be made out to QSAC, Inc. (253 West 35th Street, 16th Fl., New York, NY 10001).
- $1 = 1 vote
- Once chosen, all acts will have a 3-5 minute performance time limit including set-up/breakdown.
- Contestants are responsible for picking up all performance materials.
- Karaoke machinery is not permitted.
- All audition media submitted will become the property of QSAC, Inc and will not be returned.
- The following categories will be permitted for performance: singing, dancing, instrumentals, poetry, readings, comedy, and novelty acts.
- Laptop and microphones are the only equipment provided. Contestants must bring everything else to the auditions.
- Amplifiers can be discussed on an individual basis.
- The use of batons, pyrotechnics, dangerous equipment or live animals is prohibited.
- No acts that require elaborate set up and/or breakdown.
- No messy acts that require clean up afterwards.
- All acts must be appropriate for family audiences. No profanity/nudity.
- The Got Talent Selection Committee will select up to 48 acts. Finalists must perform on the day of competition. Two alternate acts will be chosen in case of emergency.
- Each act must agree to buy/sell ten $10 tickets to their first live performance show.
All contestants must perform the same act, with the same persons, during the live auditions that were performed for the online submission. Changes are permitted upon request.
- Finalists are expected to attend one media day prior to the show. Dates to be determined.
- A video and internet appearance release form must be completed by every person in the act.
- If you are a semi finalist or finalist, your act/performance may be filmed for rebroadcast on the internet or for publication/marketing purposes.
- Committee will choose contestants based on overall talent, showmanship and creativity.
- The show will be judged by a panel of professionals from the entertainment industry.
- All decisions are Final.
- Prizes will be awarded approximately 2 weeks after the show.
- We reserve the right to disqualify and/or exclude any individual from any of the Live Auditions and finals for any reason, including violation of any portion of these rules or tampering with the entry or audition process. We also reserve the right to change the rules, prizes and procedures at any time.
- Prior to performing, all acts must complete the necessary release forms and be paid in full.

At its discretion, these rules may be modified at any time without notice QSAC. Any changes to the rules will be considered final.
